Terms of Service

CPROAI is an educational and informational tool. Nothing in the App — including trading signals, chart analysis, AI chat responses, fundamental analysis, or performance statistics — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Content is generated in part by automated AI systems and may contain errors.

Trading foreign exchange and precious metals carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or statistic shown in the App is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, whether or not based on information from the App.

You may sign in using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The App offers free and premium access tiers. Premium access is currently granted through our Introducing Broker (IB) partner program: users who register a trading account through our partner broker referral link and submit their account number for verification may be granted premium access at our discretion once the account is verified. We do not process payments or store payment card information directly — any funds you deposit or trade with go through the third-party broker, subject to that broker's own terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any access tier, feature, or the verification process at any time.

If you interact with our Telegram bot, additional Terms applicable to that channel (message content, alerts, polls, and chat features) apply. Telegram usage is subject to Telegram's own terms of service in addition to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's underlying systems, including its AI models or signal-generation pipeline.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish signals or content from the App without our consent.
• Use automated means to access the App outside of features we explicitly provide (e.g. the Telegram bot).
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The App relies on third-party services for data and infrastructure, including but not limited to price data providers, news providers, AI model providers, our partner broker, and cloud hosting providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or downtime. Where a primary data source is unavailable, the App may display fallback or approximate data and will indicate this where practical.

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by CPROAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPROAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
