This Privacy Policy explains what information CPROAI ("we", "us") collects when you use the CPROAI app or Telegram bot (together, the "App"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Account information. When you sign in with Google OAuth or an email magic link, we receive and store your email address and basic profile information (name, avatar) provided by that sign-in method.
Chat and usage data. If you use the AI chat feature, we store your messages and the AI's responses to maintain conversation history and improve answer relevance. Assistant messages are converted into vector embeddings so similar past conversations can be retrieved as context for future chats.
IB / premium verification. If you request premium access through our Introducing Broker partner program, we collect the broker account number you submit (stored in masked form) and any note you provide, so we can verify your account and grant access. We do not collect or store payment card or bank details — any deposits or trades happen directly with the third-party broker.
Telegram data. If you interact with our Telegram bot, we receive your Telegram user ID and chat ID (and group/supergroup ID, if applicable) so we can send signals, alerts, polls, and respond to commands. We do not access your other Telegram messages or contacts.
Technical data. Like most web apps, our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, and request timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the App.
Chat messages, chart images you upload for analysis, and related context may be sent to our AI model provider (OpenAI) for processing in order to generate responses. This is necessary to provide the AI chat and chart-analysis features. We do not sell this data to third parties.
Data is stored using Supabase (hosted in the Asia Pacific / Singapore region), with row-level security controlling access based on your account role. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the App — currently Supabase (database, auth, hosting), Vercel (application hosting), OpenAI (AI processing), Telegram (bot delivery), and our partner broker (for IB account verification) — and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CPROAI or our users.
We retain account and chat data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8). We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.
We use essential cookies to manage your login session (via Supabase Auth). These are necessary for the App to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can access and update your profile information from within the App. To request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask any question about how your data is handled, contact us at hello@cproai.com. You can stop receiving Telegram messages at any time by blocking or leaving the relevant Telegram chat/bot.
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
